The service is sold as a one-time $19.95 lifetime-access digital product. If you experience duplicate billing, cannot receive the access purchased, or believe a charge was made in error, contact the service operator promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or payment-network rules.
