Terms of Use

CounselorLABORATORY is an independent entertainment number-generation service. It does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, conduct drawings, award prizes, or guarantee winning results.

The $19.95 charge purchases lifetime access to the CounselorLABORATORY number-generation service as offered while the service remains operated. “Lifetime” refers to the life of the service, not the purchaser's biological lifetime.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable age, lottery, gaming, and local laws. Generated combinations do not improve the mathematical odds of winning.

CounselorLABORATORY may update these terms, security measures, generation methods, or service features when reasonably necessary.
